Daniel Watkins Deja Vu was treated to a pro show during our regular Thursday Night Tramp Sessions this week. After stepping off the plane from Orlando, US Pro Tour Rookie of the Year, Adam Errington dropped in and along with current Australian Pro Tour of Wakeboarding Champion Dean Smith, Black Diamond John Henson and Daniel Watkins the tramp session had an all star line up.

Double Up Wakeboards in association with CCM Marine, the NSW dealer for Nautique Boats announces a Double Up/ Nautique ride day to be held at Governor Phillip Park at Windsor on Saturday 17th November.

Once again Liquid Malisha have bought some colour and flair to wakeboard accessorizing. Their wheelies bags this year are in sporting a lime green and white and a feminine purple and pink. They are quite large, with plenty of room for wet shorts and vests. The best thing about these bags are that they are made to carry two complete set ups. A zip around the outside of the bag gives you access to the bottom compartment while a centre zip through the middle gives access to the top half for another complete set up. There is a stash pocket on the wheels end of the bag for helmet, tools or any other accessories you need to carry. It’s a complete travel bag, which appears to even have room for the kitchen sink.

This is a cool new design for Jet Pilot. The Chris O’Shea vest is extremely soft to wear offering a great freedom feeling. Its panel stitching follows your rib lines and the contoured cut buoyancy picecs inside each panel give the vest nice crunch characteristics. All this means more manouverablity to tweak and contort your wakeboard moves. Its comes in PFD 3 and in red as a PFD 2 for Jet Ski warriors who are after a little more freestyle flexibility in the ocean.

Man this board has some pop. It’s the first of the 2008 Liquid Force Boards I had ridden and I don’t know if it was the huge wake from the Black Diamond 210 Nautique, my motivation which was getting pumped up from the start of the season or the rocker lines in the board that booted me, but either way I was getting some amazing pop the first time I rode the Witness...
