Deja Vu are proud to bring you one of the most extensive ranges of PFD's. Remember local laws and regulations differ from region to region, so please, check with you local water safety agency to ensure you comply with local regulations.

The following is a general summary of appropriate uses for each type of PFD.

PFD Type 1

This is a minimum safety requirement for most types of boats. A PFD type 1 is high visibility, floats you onto to your back and rolls you over in an emergency. In most cases you are required by law to carry at least 1 PFD Type 1 for every erson on your boat. Its your life, don't risk it!

PFD Type 2

A performance vest designed for watersports. A PFD type 2 has a lower volume of buoyancy for moneuverability and is only available in high visibility colours. Most Australian states require a PFD type 2 to be worn when operating a PWC. (Check with your local water safety agency for current regulations)

PFD Type 3

Like the PFD Type 2, the PFD Type 3 is designed for performance and moneuverability. A lower foam content than a PFD 1 and is available in most colours. This is the required vest for wakeboarding and waterskiing etc. in most states. Once again check with your local water safety agency fo current regulations.

Chek out our massive range and remember, stay safe.
